Robin Gibb’s house sold late last year

According to the Florida-based gossipextra (column dated April 20, 2013), Robin Gibb’s family sold his Miami house "at a steep loss" late last year.

The article states that the " ivy-covered 10,000-square-foot Mediterranean house" at 4770 SW 78th Street was sold to Cesar Alvarez, executive chairman of the law firm Greenberg Traurig, and that Robin bought it for $4.25 million in 2008 and Dwina Gibb accepted to sell it for $3 million.

As was reported earlier (link in Japanese), the house was put on the market around October 2011 while Robin was receiving treatment for the illness which eventually claimed his life.
