Click here for the video of Barry Gibb getting interviewed on board his Grand Marshal boat during the Seminole Winterfest Boat Parade on December 10, 2011 (Florida time).

"Tonight is one of the nights you will never forget," said Barry.  During the interview he also announced the great news that he is planning to do a concert in February next year.

The concert is scheduled to take place on February 21, 2012 at Hard Rock Live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  Also, Barry is planning to perform at the annual Love & Hope Ball on February 18.  So it seems 2012 is going to be a busy year for fans!   The ticket information will be announced on BarryGibb.com soon.

Stephen Gibb also tweeted "I will be performing with Barry Gibb in concert in February tickets go on sale next month. hope to see you there," on December 11.

During the on-board interview Barry stated:

I’ve been laying around too long. I need to play. I need to sing!

What a coincidence!  We need to see and hear you play. We need to hear you sing, Barry.

As if to prove he means what he’s said, two new songs are now available as MP3 downloads from Barry’s site:

Daddies Little Girl and Grey Ghost.  You can follow the links to download them.

And, "Grey Ghost" is dedicated to Japan. Oh…

This song is dedicated to the beautiful people of Japan, may they find peace in the rebuilding of their lives and may they find solace in the loss of their loved ones

What great Holiday gifts for us!  Thank you very much, Barry.
