Robin Gibb sent message of support to BC Memorial campaign

Robin Gibb was unable to be present at the launch of the latest stage of the campaign he has spearheaded for the Bomber Command Memorial.

According to Express.co.uk (January 6, 2012), Robin had to "stay away on doctor’s orders," but sent a message in which he said: “Due to my recovery treatment I cannot be there today but rest assured my heart and mind are with you.”
